SAN FRANCISCO -- Stacy Frese had 17 points as No. 13 Iowa State overcame a slow start to beat San Francisco 83-64 on Tuesday night.

The Cyclones led 46-26 at the half and went 10-for-22 (45.5 percent) from 3-point range.

Megan Taylor added 16 points for the Cyclones, while Desiree Francis contributed 15 off the bench.

Melanie Turner led USF with 12 points.
