BOSTON (AP) -- Cal Bouchard scored 26 points and Jamie Cournoyer 14 Saturday as No. 17 Boston College beat West Virginia 68-53. Val Zona scored a career high 23 points and Mandy Ronay added 10 for West Virginia (6-20,1-14) who took a 51-49 lead behind Zona's fourth 3-point shot of the game with 5:10 left in the game. But the Eagles (22-7, 11-4) held West Virginia to two field goals in the final five minutes to get the win. It kept Boston College 13-0 this season at home, where they have a 15-game winning streak. West Virginia, which lost 100-28 to Connecticut earlier this week, went on a 12-2 run to open the second half, after trailing 24-23 at halftime. But the Eagles answered behind eight points from Cournoyer and a pair of three pointers from Bouchard to regain the lead at 44-42 with 10:25 left in the game.
Zona put the Mountaineers back in the lead as she hit two three
pointers but the Eagles went on a 19-2 run.
