NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Phylesha Whaley led Oklahoma (No. 25 ESPN/USA Today, No. 24 AP) with 23 points and nine rebounds in an 88-69 victory over Kansas (No. 24 ESPN/USA Today, No. 25 AP) on Saturday. LaNeishea Caufield scored 22 for Oklahoma (22-6, 12-3 Big 12), and Stacey Dales added 14 for the Sooners, who maintained the conference lead. Oklahoma, which shot 49.2 percent, led 40-18 at halftime. Kansas (19-8, 10-5) outscored the Sooners 51-48 in the second half, but it wasn't enough to overcome Oklahoma's large lead. Kansas got 19 points each from Jaclyn Johnson and Suzi Raymant and made 43.9 percent of its field goals after shooting only 25 percent in the first half.
