The Vols did an exceptional job in-state and have truly become a national recruiting school, getting players from Hawaii, California, Florida and Virginia. Junior college superstar DB Gibril Wilson should start immediately, and the top two prep signees are RB Gerald Riggs Jr. and LB Omar Gaither.

The Gamecocks signed four of the Top 20 junior college prospects and did a great job in-state, landing OL Jabari Levey, TE Moe Thompson, DB Tremaine Tyler, and WR Troy Williamson.

LSU
|
The Tigers' class finished third in the nation last year; this year, there wasn't nearly as much talent in the state, but LSU got 17 of the 19 Louisiana players they went after.

Auburn

The Tigers put together one of their best classes in years, led by Alabama player of the year QB Brandon Cox; underrated DB Montae Pitts; WR Ben Obomanu, the fastest-rising prospect in the South; and Florida's Mr. Football, RB Tre Smith.

Georgia
|
The heart of the Bulldogs' class is from Georgia. DL Kedric Golston, TE Leonard Pope, OL Bartley Miller and RB Michael Cooper add luster to a well-balanced class in which the Bulldogs boosted their roster at every position.
