Saturday, Sept. 7 Miami at Florida: Rivalry renews after 14 years and will be as intense as ever. Winner takes first step toward Tempe. Another subplot: QBs Dorsey vs. Grossman for Heisman favorite role. Purdue at Notre Dame: Welcome home, Ty.

Saturday, Sept. 14 Washington State at Ohio State: Big expectations for both team. So, it's put up or shut up time. Texas at North Carolina: Tar Heel fans are counting the seconds until they can, um, welcome Mack back to Chapel Hill.
