He has three more years of eligibility, so the Heisman hype can wait, but Phillip Rivers' career is off to a good start. Down 24 points? No problem. The freshman quarterback rallied North Carolina State all the way back, his team beating Minnesota 38-30, going away, in the Micronpc.com Bowl. Rivers completed 24 of 39 passes for 309 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
