CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) _ Chris Perkins threw for 431 yards and four touchdowns as Tennessee State completed an undefeated regular season with a 35-28 win over Southeast Missouri State Saturday. Tennessee State, the top ranked team in Division I-AA, extended the nation's longest regular-season winning streak to 19 games. It's the third time the school has gone undefeated. The Tigers (11-0, 7-0 OVC) will host a Division I-AA playoff game next Saturday. Perkins connected with four different receivers for touchdowns, including a 19-yard pass to Avion Black late in the second quarter to take a 26-21 lead. Black finished with 9 catches for 157 yards. Amariah Robb ran for 91 yards on 14 carries for the Tigers. Southeast Missouri (3-8, 2-5) was the only team to lead Tennessee State all season. The Indians took a 14-7 lead in the first quarter on quarterback Rashad West's 42-yard run. West ran for 135 yards and passed for 144. John Borne caught 6 passes for 106 yards for the Indians.
