SAN MARCOS, Texas (AP) _ Spergon Wynn threw for two touchdowns, leading Southwest Texas State to a 20-14 victory Saturday over Sam Houston State. For SW Texas (3-8, 2-5 Southland), it was the first victory for the Bobcats over the Bearkats in the 1990s. Bronson Sanders, who had 125 yards on 29 carries, gave SW Texas a 6-0 lead with a 9-yard run in the first quarter, and Wynn threw TD passes of 6 and 10 yards to Marvin Giddings. Sam Houston (6-5, 4-3) scored on a 5-yard run by Albert Bradley and on Bradley's 9-yard pass to Matt Dominguez. Bradley completed 18 of 33 passes, but was intercepted twice.
