FAIRFIELD, Conn. (AP) _ Quarterback Jim Lopusznick broke his own school record, passing for five touchdowns, to led Fairfield to a 57-7 win over Marist College on Saturday.

Lopusznick had previously thrown for four TDs in a game. The senior completed 16 of 19 passes for 267 yards. Three of his TD passes on Saturday went to Steven Hadley.

The Stags (7-2) built a 44-7 halftime lead and added touchdown in the final two periods as Lopusznick hit Hadley with a 25-yard strike in the third and Joe Milligan with an 11-yard pass in the fourth.

Marist (4-5) scored in the second quarter when reserve quarterback Rick Montejano ran it in from five yards out.

The Fairfield defense forced three fumbles and had two interceptions.
