BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) _ Corey Sullivan scored on a 16-yard pass from Chris Perkins late in the fourth quarter to give undefeated Tennessee State a 28-21 win over Western Kentucky Saturday night. Perkins replaced Leon Murray, who completed 10 of 14 passes, threw for 181 yards and a 73-yard touchdown and ran for another before leaving the game in the third quarter with an injury. Western Kentucky (4-4, 3-3 Ohio Valley Conference), down 21-10 at the half after trailing Tennessee State (7-0, 3-0) much of the game, tied the game late in the third quarter. The Hilltoppers made a comeback with the first possession of the second half when Jeff Poisel kicked a 22-yard field goal with 10:20 remaining in the third quarter. With the score 21-13, Alan Ogletree intercepted a pass to give Western possession. Ogletree, who plays strong safety on defense and wide receiver on offense, then switched positions and caught a 36-yard pass from Jason Michael to make it 21-19 with 4:49 left in the third quarter. Michael then scored on a 2-point conversion to tie the game. Sullivan's touchdown came with 4:27 left in the fourth quarter, and Western didn't threaten again.
