NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (AP) _ Keith Toolan hit Anthony Liquore with two first-quarter touchdown passes Saturday as Central Connecticut State University built up a 21-0 lead and then coasted to a 37-12 victory over Sacred Heart.

Liquore finished with seven catches good for 162 yards as CSU improved to 2-5 on the season. Toolan was 22 of 27 for 301 yards.

Sacred Heart (1-7) scored twice in the second period on Brandan Graham's two-yard run and Steve Ladd's 22-yard pass to Kiheme Cowan.

Charles Eger Jr. kicked field goals of 42, 32 and 47 yards for Central Connecticut.

Central Connecticut's Clinton Dunston ran for 112 yards on 27 carries. He scored on runs of six and 14 yards.
