SAN DIEGO (AP) _ Oscar Arzu rushed for 212 yards and two touchdowns and David Lembo ran three touchdowns to lead San Diego to a 42-14 victory over Butler Saturday night.

Arzu, who earlier scored on a 14-yard run, capped his night with an 85-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter. Arzu carried only 12 times as he went over the 200-yard mark for the third time this season.

Lembo, a seldom-used reserve, gained a career-high 104 yards on 15 carries and scored on two runs of one yard each and another of 70 yards.

San Diego (3-3, 1-1 Pioneer Football League) used a stingy defense to limit the Bulldogs to 211 total yards, including only 82 in the first half.

The Toreros gained 528 yards of total offense with 434 coming on the ground.

Butler (3-4, 0-3 PFL) scored on Dale Jennings' 65-yard run with just less than six minutes left in the first half. On the Bulldogs' other 19 plays in the half, they gained just 17 yards.

Jennings gained 131 yard on 19 carries.

The Bulldogs also scored on a 9-yard pass from Brent Schwanekamp to Anthony Slatter in the fourth quarter.

Lembo capped off a pair of short drives with 1-yard touchdown runs in the first half as the Toreros led 21-7 at halftime. Lembo then scored untouched on the 70-yard run in the third quarter for a 35-7 lead.

The Toreros' other touchdown came Tom Jackson's 12-yard pass to Dylan Mora.
