LORETTA, Pa. (AP) _ Sha-ron Edwards and Clinton Dunston combined to rush for 262 yards and 5 touchdowns to lead Central Connecticut State to a 35-13 victory over St. Francis, Pa. on Saturday.

Edwards, who left the game in the third quarter with an ankle injury, rushed for 152 yards and 2 touchdowns on 12 carries. Dunston ran for 110 yards and 3 touchdowns on only eight carries.

Edwards scored on runs of 33 and 57 yards in the second quarter. Dunston scored on a 16-yard run in the third quarter and on runs of 26 and 51 yards in the fourth quarter.

Central Connecticut State (1-4, 1-2 in the Northeast Conference) accumulated 497 yards in total offense, including 242 passing yards, while limiting St. Francis (1-5, 1-2) to total 244 yards.

St. Francis scored on a 2-yard run by Wes Clemons in the third quarter and on a 17-yard pass from Jeremy Swords to Cedric Hudson in the fourth quarter.
