CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ Jacksonville's Gary Cooper hit Corey Donnell with a 39-yard scoring pass in the second overtime Saturday to lift the Dolphins to a 28-21 victory over Austin Peay. Austin Peay (2-3) saw its chance to force a third overtime go awry when the Dolphins' Eric Wells intercepted a Brian Baker pass at the 9-yard line to end the game. Jacksonville (3-2) pulled even at 21-21 with 7:18 remaining in the fourth quarter Greg Portee's 1-yard run. Austin Peay rallied from a 14-7 deficit with 14 third-quarter points. The Governors received 2 points when the Jacksonville center snapped the ball out of the end zone on a punt before Baker hit David Sweetland and Michael Farrell with scoring passes.
