DALLAS (AP) _ Lionel Hayes passed for 193 yards and accounted for three touchdowns as Grambling rallied from an early 10-0 deficit to beat Prairie View 47-19 on Saturday.

After Grambling (3-2, 1-0 SWAC) was held scoreless during the first 15 minutes of play, Hayes threw two second-quarter touchdown passes to Scotty Anderson to give the Tigers a 14-10 lead. The two scoring plays, which covered 36 and 22 yards, were part of Anderson's eight-catch, 167-yard game.

A Chris Gailey field goal kept Prairie View (1-4, 0-3) within striking distance at 19-13 at halftime, but the Tigers broke the game open in the third quarter. Grambling scored four consecutive touchdowns in the second half, including runs by Hayes, Walter Williams, Trey White and Jason Arrington.

Hayes completed 14 of 27 passes without an interception, while White paced the Tigers' rushing attack with 69 yards on nine carries. Williams rushed seven times for 64 yards.

Jamal Foster had a big game in a losing effort for the Panthers, completing 13 of 28 passes for 203 yards and rushing for 58 more yards.
