PITTSBURGH (AP) _ Tony Zimmerman connected with Gerald Foster for touchdown passes of 65 and 11 yards to lead Duquesne to a 32-3 win over La Salle in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Saturday night.

Duquesne (1-0, 1-0 conference) opened up the scoring on a 3-yard run by Josh Rue in the first quarter. La Salle (1-1, 0-1) answered with a 38-yard field goal by Pete Turchi, the Explorers' only scoring of the game.

The Dukes also scored on a 42-yard field goal by Orlando Bellisario, a 4-yard run by Jerry Troop and a safety in the fourth quarter.
