Vaughn is the second point guard signed by the Hawks in four
days. Friday, they acquired free agent Emanual Davis, formerly
of Seattle.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Vaughn was selected by Utah out of
Kansas in the first round of the 1997 draft. He averaged 4.3

a game. With the increase in floor time, he registered
career-high totals in scoring, 6.1 points; rebounds, 1.8; and
assists, 3.9.
