MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Jerry Stackhouse won't go down as the most popular opponent in the Bradley Center after Saturday night.
Stackhouse scored 32 points and was involved in a shoving match
with Lindsey Hunter as the Detroit Pistons snapped the Milwaukee
Bucks eight-game winning streak with a 108-103 win.

The Pistons also ended the Bucks winning streak at home at 11 and prevented Milwaukee coach George Karl from winning his 600th game.
Stackhouse clashed with the Hunter at the 1:53 mark of the third quarter in a shoving match that led to four technical fouls. For the rest of the night, the sellout crowd of 18,717 heckled Stackhouse every time he touched the ball.
"It's great to have everybody in the building against you and then come out with the victory," Stackhouse said. "It's a great feeling. This is the best team in the Central Division."
Joe Smith scored 14 points for the Pistons, who broke a four-game losing streak. Chucky Atkins and Jerome Williams added 11
apiece.
Glenn Robinson led all scorers with 34 points for Milwaukee. Sam
Cassell added 13 points and 16 assists.
The Pistons started the fourth quarter with a 13-5 run to take a
91-78 lead. The Bucks narrowed the margin to 95-90 on Ray Allen's
free throw with 4:12 left.
But Stackhouse answered with a jumper at the 3:28 mark. He added
two free throws at the 1:04 mark to make it 99-90. The Pistons
finished off the Bucks from the free-throw line.
"I think we had a passion tonight," Detroit coach George
Irvine said. "I think we played hard right from the start. You
have to if you're going to play a team as good as Milwaukee is.
"Jerry (Stackhouse) made foul shots down the stretch and got
the crowd on his side," Irvine joked. "I think they were cheering
for him."
It was an intense, physical contest, with the two teams
combining for 56 fouls and 72 free throws.
"This was one of the worst reffed games I've been associated with in a long time," Karl said. "The inconsistency of the officiating was frustrating. It was insulting,and embarrassing, to me to have Stackhouse go to the line 19 times (actually 20) when he
doesn't get fouled that much. He's not that talented to get to the line 19 times."
Hunter was Stackhouse's teammate in Detroit last season and, in fact, replaced him in the starting lineup at one point.
"I guess he (Stackhouse) doesn't like me," Hunter said. "I
don't know what his problem is. It's something within him. At the
same time, they came in here and won one, when it was our job to
stop them from doing that."
The Pistons jumped off to a 12-5 lead, mostly on the strength of
an 11-1 early rebounding margin. The Bucks came back to take a
20-18 lead, but Detroit led 27-22 after the first quarter.
Detroit went on a 11-2 run late in the second quarter to go up
50-44. The Pistons went into halftime with a 55-51 lead.
At 1:53 of the third quarter, the intensity of the game boiled
over. Hunter and Stackhouse started shoving each other. Hunter was
called for a foul, and when Karl protested he was given a technical
foul.
Ervin Johnson and John Wallace then started pushing each other. Hunter, Stackhouse, Johnson and Wallace were assessed technicals.
Game notes
The sellout crowd of 18,717 at the Bradley Center stood for
a moment of silence before the game for former Marquette coach and
NBC analyst Al McGuire, who died Friday. ... The Pistons started
the game with a 11-1 rebounding edge, but then went more than eight
minutes without a rebound in the second quarter.
