SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) _ Bruno Sundov hit a pair of free throws with 54 seconds left in overtime and finished with 10 points, matching his total for the preseason, as Indiana beat Chicago 106-103 Wednesday night in the final preseason game for both teams.

Jamal Crawford missed a 3-pointer for the Bulls with 7 seconds left and A.J. Guyton threw up an airball from 3-point range with 2 seconds left as the Pacers won despite finishing the game using reserves.

Jonathan Bender scored 10 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter and overtime and Austin Croshere scored 15 points, making 9 of 9 free throws before taking a seat at the end of the third quarter.

Elton Brand led the Bulls with 26 points and 16 rebounds and continued to play even when the Bulls began putting their reserves in midway through the fourth quarter.

The Pacers used all 15 players on their roster. Bender played 34 minutes, the longest of any the Pacers. Brand played 44 minutes for the Bulls and Ron Mercer played 36, scoring 22 points.

Both teams open the regular season on Tuesday. The Bulls are at home against Sacramento and the Pacers are at San Antonio.

The Bulls play the Pacers in their home opener Nov. 4.
