PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Eric Snow hit a game-winning jumper Friday night and saved the Philadelphia 76ers from an embarrassing loss to lowly Chicago.

Despite a poor effort, the 76ers handed the Bulls their 13th consecutive road loss 77-74.

	Philadelphia's Allen Iverson led all scorers with 19 points on Friday.

"Sometimes you're not as bad as you look," said 76ers coach Larry Brown. "But I'm pretty confident we were tonight."

Snow drove down the lane and sank a 10-footer to put Philadelphia ahead by two with 15.3 seconds remaining. Then, on the defensive end, he knocked the ball out of the hands of Ron Artest, who was driving for the tying basket. The ball hit off of Artest's knee and bounced out of bounds.

Allen Iverson, who had 19 points, sank one of two free throws to put Philadelphia ahead by three with 7.9 seconds to go and Kornel David missed a desperation 3-pointer with 4.4 seconds.

"He just lost track of time," Elton Brand said of David, who forced up the final shot despite not being any of the options designed by Bulls coach Tim Floyd during a timeout. "But it wasn't just that one play. We had a lot of opportunities."

"It's a shame," said Floyd. "This game really was winnable."

Matt Geiger and Larry Hughes had 16 each for Philadelphia. Tyrone Hill added 11 points and nine rebounds, but he had just two points in the final three quarters. The 76ers had 23 turnovers and were 0-for-6 from beyond the three-point arc.

Corey Benjamin led Chicago with 16 points and Artest added 15. Elton Brand had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls, who are now 0-13 on the road this season and have lost 13 of their last 14 games overall.

The 76ers held a 48-39 halftime lead before Chicago outscored Philadelphia 24-14 in the third quarter to take a 63-62 lead after three quarters.

"We're still out there learning," Benjamin said. "We had a chance tonight and didn't get it done."

Game notes
Philadelphia's Theo Ratliff returned to the lineup after missing 11 games with a sore left ankle. He had three points and four rebounds in 24 minutes. It marked the first time this season that the 76ers had all five of their starters from last season available in the same game. ... The Bulls remain the only team in the league to have not reached 100 points this season. ... Chicago was without Toni Kukoc, Randy Brown and Hersey Hawkins, who are all injured. To add more injuries to the group Dedric Willoughby injured his groin and may miss a few games. Fred Hoiberg also aggravated his right knee and might also miss some time. Although Floyd thought he'd miss Chicago's next game vs. Orlando, Hoiberg said he was going to attempt to play.
