PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- For the Philadelphia 76ers, the starting power forward position spot is often a toss-up between Theo Ratliff and Tyrone Hill. Whoever is healthy enough to suit up gets the start. Friday night it was Hill, who had 17 of his season-high 22 points in the first half as the Philadelphia 76ers cruised to a 106-83 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. "Tyrone was the key, he just played great," said 76ers coach Larry Brown. "It's the first time we've had a post presence this season." Ratliff sat out the game with a sore ankle, joining injured starters Allen Iverson and Matt Geiger on the bench. Aaron McKie also had a season-high 23 points as Philadelphia won for just the second time in its last six games. With Iverson's 30.8 points per game missing, Brown has urged McKie to shoot the ball more and be more unselfish. For McKie, that means getting back to his roots. "That's how I got into this league," said McKie, who set a season-high for the second straight game. "I've got to get used to it." Cleveland, which has lost four of its last five contests, was paced by 15 points from Bob Sura and Lamond Murray. Brevin Knight had 10 points and 11 assists for the Cavs, who were beaten for just the fifth time in the last 32 meetings with the 76ers. Philadelphia took advantage of 21 Cleveland turnovers scoring 24 points. "That killed us," Cavaliers coach Randy Wittman said. "Until we understand how to take care of the ball and not throw it all over, we're going to pay for it." The 76ers built a 61-45 halftime lead and the Cavaliers would get no closer in the second half.
