Race 1 postponed by weather

Paul Cayard
Paul Cayard will be at the helm of AmericaOne.
Italy's Prada and San Francisco's AmericaOne were supposed to take to the water Tuesday (Monday in the U.S.) to sail the first race in the best-of-9 Louis Vuitton Cup finals. But harsh weather in the Hauraki Gulf forced a postponement, meaning the Louis Vuitton Cup final likely will get under way Wednesday. The winner will meet host Team New Zealand for the America's Cup. ESPN's Gary Jobson says AmericaOne has a slight edge, but expects fierce racing because of the history between members of both crews.
