MESA, Ariz. (AP) _ Henry Rodriguez returned from a shoulder injury to hit a three-run homer and a sacrifice fly, leading the Chicago Cubs over the Milwaukee Brewers 10-4 Wednesday.

Shane Andrews hit his fifth home run of the spring for the Cubs.

Rodriguez jammed his right shoulder last Thursday, crashing into the left-field wall trying to field a triple off the bat of the Giants' J.T. Snow. The injury kept him out five days.

``It's just a little stiff,'' Rodriguez said. ``I'm fine.''

Cubs starter Kyle Farnsworth gave up three runs and five hits in five innings. Loser Jaime Navarro allowed six runs and six hits in five innings.

Chicago went ahead in the first inning when Ricky Gutierrez doubled off Navarro and scored on Sammy Sosa's single.

Kevin Barker's RBI double in the second and Marquis Grissom's solo homer in the third gave Milwaukee a 2-1 lead. Chicago then broke open the game in the bottom half on Gutierrez's RBI single, Rodriguez's second homer and a run-scoring throwing error.

Andrews homered in a four-run seventh.

Notes: Cubs manager Don Baylor said it's 95 percent certain Kerry Wood will start Saturday against the White Sox in Mesa. It would be Wood's first appearance since reconstructive elbow surgery last April. Wood, the 1998 NL Rookie of the Year, has been throwing batting practice for two weeks. ... Cubs INF Jose Nieves has a moderate strain of the right groin, according to Baylor. Nieves was hurt Tuesday while running to catch a pop foul against the Rockies in Tucson. Nieves will rest the injury for 4-5 days.
