CHICAGO -- New Jersey high school basketball standout Lenny Cooke scored 21 points to lead the East squad to a 115-103 victory Tuesday night in the EA Sports Roundball Classic.

The all-star game, which annually features some of the best players in high school hoops from across the nation, was played at Chicago's United Center.

Cooke, of Old Tappan (N.J.) High School, led the East despite sitting for more than four minutes after he was poked in the left eye. His teammate, Raymond Felton of Latta (S.C.) High School also added 21 points.

Sani Ibrahim of Oak Hill Academy in Decatur, Ga., grabbed 14 rebounds and added 10 points for the East, which held a 58-41 at halftime.

For the West, Sean Dockery of Chicago's Julian High School had 14 points and 10 assists, while Chris Bosh of Lincoln High School in Dallas also scored 14.

Elijah Ingram of St. Anthony's High School in East Orange, N.J., hit a 3-pointer with 21 seconds left in the first quarter to cap a 14-0 East run for a 35-17 advantage.

The East opened the second quarter with four more consecutive points before Dockery scored on a layup to make it 39-19 with 9:32 left in the first half.

The West rattled off six consecutive points to cut the East's lead to 77-64 with 4:10 remaining in the third quarter. A layup by Bosh with 3:12 left in the game cut the East's lead to 99-98, but the West could get no closer.

The East also won the rebounding battle 69-53.
