1. Arlington HS (Arlington, Mass.) - (10-0-0) *1
Arlington took the past week off after claiming the No. 1 ranking in the country last week. That's certainly one way to make sure you stay in the top spot.
2. Mount St. Charles HS (Woonsocket, R.I.) - (9-0-0) *2
Corey Goglia scored five goals and assisted on three others as the Mounties posted a pair of weekend blowouts. The first was a 15-4 drubbing of Burriville High, which Mount St. Charles followed the next day with a 7-0 blanking of Hendricken High. Goalie Anthony Ciresi III saved 21 shots for the shutout. Michael Kasberg, Greg Barner and Graham Johnson scored two goals apiece in the two games.
3. Elk River HS (Elk River, Minn.) - (13-1-1) *5
Six different players scored as Elk River ripped Park Center High, 6-0, on Friday. In other action, Joel Hanson found the back of the net three times to help his team rally from a 2-1 deficit and beat Coon Rapids High, 6-3.
4. Academy of the Holy Angels (Richfield, Minn.) - (14-1-1) *6
A busy week for Holy Angels had the team winning three games and playing to a 1-1 tie against then-No. 7 White Bear Lake High. Cory Garven and Tyler Howells both scored a pair of goals in a 6-2 win over Richfield High. Rob Rankin had his hat trick in the first period and finished with four goals as Holy Angels ripped New Prague High, 11-1. Keith Detlefesen provided the only offense in the 1-1 tie with White Bear Lake. And in the squad's 8-1 drubbing of Farmington High, Dan Kronick scored twice.
5. Detroit Catholic Central HS (Redford, Mich.) - (12-0-2) *3
Catholic Central played to a costly tie against Cranbrook High this week. Jared Ross' goal with less than two minutes remaining in the contest helped Catholic Central salvage a 2-2 tie. The team then played Trenton High scoreless for two periods before finally breaking out of its offensive slump with two goals in the third.

Ross netted one and Rick Buttery added the other in the 2-0 victory.
6. Stevenson HS (Livonia, Mich.) - (12-0-2) *9
A huge game in goal from Kevin Marlowe (26 saves) helped Stevenson beat Plymouth Canton High, 3-1. Stevenson had a chance to move up even more this week, but only managed a 1-1 tie against Troy High. Brian Shekell's first-period goal was all the offense the team could muster.
7. Austin Prep (Reading, Mass.) - (9-1-1) *4
Austin Prep dropped its first contest of the season, a 5-2 decision to Matignon High, this week. However, Prep responded by drilling Framingham High, 9-1.
8. White Bear Lake HS (White Bear Lake, Minn.) - (13-3-1) *7
Lake struggled a bit this week. The team recorded a 5-0 shutout of Forest Lake High but played No. 4 Holy Angels to a 1-1 tie and dropped a 4-2 decision to Duluth East High. Lance Malark scored twice in the loss.
9. Jefferson HS (Bloomington, Minn.) - (13-3-0) *8
Nick Coffman scored a goal and assisted on the other as Jefferson nipped Apple Valley High, 2-1. But the team struggled and fell to Burnsville High, 4-1, on Tuesday.
10. University School (Milwaukee, Wis.) - (10-1-0) *NR
After a couple of weeks out of the Top 10, the U School returns. The team beat then-No. 9 Fond du Lac High a couple of weeks ago and finally breaks back into the Top 10 with a 9-0 pelting of Sheboygan High.
Dropped Out:
No. 10 Eden Prairie HS (Eden Prairie, Minn.) (11-4-0) - lost to Apple Valley High, 8-1.
