Operations Work Crew

Dates of Employment:
June 22 - July 16, 2004 (8-10 Positions)

Summary:
Responsible for the timely set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of the ESPN Great Outdoor Games venue site. Ensure all venue needs are met to conduct a successful event.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Venue Coordinator, work hands-on to ensure suitable and proper installment of all apparatus necessary to conduct the actual competition.

Placement of all equipment and facilities necessary to accommodate spectators, VIP, volunteer staffing, including but not limited to seating areas, entrances, hospitality areas, and signage.

Assist with the transportation of all equipment.

Assist with the placement of venue look items (i.e. banners, flags, etc.)

Execute labor tasks required for the set-up, breakdown, and cleaning of all equipment and facilitates at venue including fencing, garbage disposal, material handling, and moving, etc.
