STOCK UP
• Ohio State was so impressive winning at Iowa, a tough place to play.
• Tiger Woods won his sixth straight PGA Tour event.
• West Virginia high school running back Paul McCoy carried 29 times for 658 yards and 10 touchdowns to set a national high school rushing record for yards.
• Northern Illinois running back Garrett Wolfe ran for 353 yards and three touchdowns.
• James Loney of the Dodgers had nine RBI in a game early in the week.
• The Royals swept the Tigers in Detroit. Kansas City played hard despite having over 100 losses.
• Peyton Manning rallied the Colts past the Jets. Santana Moss had three touchdowns for the Redskins.
• Phil Pfister became the first American in 24 years to win the World's Strongest Man competition.
STOCK DOWN
• Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth should be suspended for stepping on the face of a Cowboy offensive lineman who was on the ground.
• The Oakland Raiders blew a 21-3 lead at home and lost to the Browns, 24-21.
• Michigan State, which should have beaten Notre Dame, was stunned at home by Illinois.
• TCU saw its win streak snapped at 13, losing at home to BYU.
• Virginia Tech was upset at home by Georgia Tech.
