Missouri is No. 1 in the country

SPECIAL TO ESPN.COM

Nov. 26, 2007 | Dick's Stock Watch provides a fast-glance review of the past week in the world of sports, charting whose stock is up and whose is down.

STOCK UP
•Missouri's football team is one win away from playing for the national championship after the Tigers beat Kansas at Arrowhead. Now Gary Pinkel's Tigers need a W against Oklahoma and the Sooners beat them 41-31 earlier this season.

•Darren McFadden ran for 206 yards as Arkansas stunned #1 LSU in Baton Rouge.

•The Angels signed outfielder Torii Hunter away from the Twins.

•Brett Favre continued his magical season, throwing for almost 400 yards on Thanksgiving against Detroit.

•North Carolina survived a scare against BYU and the Tar Heels won despite Ty Lawson suffering an ankle injury early in the contest.

STOCK DOWN

•The Bulls have been through struggle city, losing 10 of their first 12 games, including one on Saturday against the hapless Knicks.

•Nebraska football saw its season end with a losing record, so it was bye-bye for coach Bill Callahan.

•The Tennessee Titans lost 35-6 to the Cincinnati Bengals.

•DePaul hoops were stunned at home by North Carolina A&T.
