Penny and Beckett keep rolling

SPECIAL TO ESPN.COM

July 23, 2007 | Dick's Stock Watch provides a fast-glance review of the past week in the world of sports, charting whose stock is up and whose is down.

STOCK UP
• Brad Penny is 12-1 while Josh Beckett is 13-3. The former Florida Marlins' teammates are a combined 25-4. Just imagine if Florida has kept them together?

• The Yankees scored 38 runs and totaled 45 hits in the last two games against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

• At age 42, Bernard Hopkins scored a big win over Winky Wright in a light heavyweight showdown out in Las Vegas.

• Paddy Harrington beat Sergio Garcia in a four-hole playoff to win the British Open. He's only the second Irishman to do that.

• Willie Harris of the Braves had six hits in a win over the Cardinals Saturday.

STOCK DOWN
• Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was indicted for involvement in dogfighting.

• NBA referee Tim Donaghy is under investigation for gambling-related issues.

• Marlins pitcher Scott Olsen charged with DUI and resisting arrest after being chased by police officers,

• Phil Mickelson missed the cut at the British Open.
