STOCK UP
• The Yankees have won six straight games. Roger Clemens is back and Alex Rodriguez has been hot, belting two more home runs on Sunday.
• Rafael Nadal and Justine Henin won the singles championships at the French Open. Nadal beat Roger Federer in a tough four-set match.
• Rags to Riches became the first filly to win the Belmont Stakes since 1905.
• Lewis Hamilton became the first black driver to win a Formula One race.
• The Anaheim Mighty Ducks won the Stanley Cup.
STOCK DOWN
• Tank Johnson of the Bears was given an eight-game suspension.
• The San Diego Padres were swept at home by the Seattle Mariners, each of the three losses coming by one run.
• The San Francisco Giants, shutout in back-to-back games, have dropped five of their last six, totaling just 11 runs in those six outings.
• Barry Bonds has one home run and five RBI in his last 27 games played.
