Another week, another change in the VBDI (Vitale Bald Dome Index). It was a tough week for the Wisconsin Badgers and Alando Tucker, who slips from the top spot in my Player of the Year rankings. Diaper Dandy Kevin Durant moves back into the No. 1 slot.
